Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and Secure Opportunities: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities; and develop customized sales strategies to target specific markets.
- Client Engagement: Conduct cold calling, make multiple outbound calls to potential clients, and close sales. Guide clients through the closing process.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Client Needs and Support: Understand client needs, offer solutions, and provide support. Answer client questions, follow up on proposals, and respond to client requests.
- Presentations: Create and deliver informative presentations to potential clients during meetings.
- Database Management: Create and maintain a database of prospective clients using Salesforce, CRM, Excel, or other tools. Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Sales Administration: Maintain a pipeline of all sales activities and administration using CRM software or Excel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting. Develop and maintain both short-term and long-term business development plans.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Experience with CRM software and database management.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
