Primary Function:
The Client Servicing Manager (Digital Accounts Manager) is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing projects, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills, along with a solid understanding of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients regarding project updates and requirements, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with business owners and senior-level executives to coordinate marketing projects, ensuring they align with client goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team, ensuring that all project details are effectively communicated and executed.
- Relationship Building: Build strong rapport and understanding with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and brand custodian.
- Deadline Management: Drive projects to meet deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Onboarding: Manage the on boarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of client needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Facebook Ads Manager to track progress.
- Client Reporting: Present performance data to clients, ensuring business goals are achieved and identifying areas for improvement.
- New Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new marketing technologies for clients, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the overall strategy.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to pitch new services to existing clients, contributing to business growth.
- Client Renewals: Manage client renewals, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and continued partnership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong background in digital marketing with experience in SEO, PPC, social media (both organic and paid), and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Client Interaction Experience: 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Data Analytics: Proficient in marketing data analytics and interpretation, with the ability to present insights effectively.
- B2B Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B marketing practices and digital media environments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong telephone etiquette and experience in B2B emailing.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create customized reports for clients. Knowledge of Google AdWords/Analytics is preferred.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
