Design Strategy: Drive design strategy, project approach, and scope to create well-structured, optimized, and visually appealing UI.
Customer Experience: Strategically design the customer experience by identifying customer goals, challenges, scenarios, and demographics.
User Requirement Analysis: Conduct user requirement analysis to identify current and future customer needs.
Wireframes & Mock-ups: Develop conceptual wireframes, flowcharts, mood boards, and mock-ups using appropriate tools.
Landing Pages & Applications: Design and develop well-structured landing pages and web-based applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Email Design: Create responsive emailers compatible with the latest email platforms.
Optimization: Optimize pages for maximum speed and scalability.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of UI resources when required, ensuring effective project execution.
Cross-Browser Compatibility: Address cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues using the latest tools.
Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting during implementation, customization, and configuration phases.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend development.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
Innovation: Continuously bring and implement innovative ideas to enhance customer experience.
UI/UX Implementation: Adhere to best practices in UI/UX design and implementation strategies.
Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools for wireframes, mood boards, mock-ups, and flowcharts.
Debugging: Proficient with development and debugging tools for cross-browser and cross-device issues.
Design Software: Strong knowledge of design platforms such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, or similar premium tools.
Client Interaction: Experience working with clients to understand requirements and implement optimal solutions.
Code Quality: Ability to streamline releases and maintain high code quality.
Additional Skills (Advantageous):
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React or Node.js.
- Experience with versioning tools such as Git or Bit bucket.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and Woo Commerce.
