About the Role:
Shinora Corp is on the lookout for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring qualified leads and supporting the lead conversion process. This role involves engaging with decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and providing critical support throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead to understand demand generation processes and identify potential leads through online channels and cold calling.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and objectives to strategically pitch shinora corp services and solutions.
- Build, maintain, and update a robust prospect and lead database.
- Assist in preparing plans and presentations (a plus, but not mandatory).
- Maintain regular follow-ups, establishing account presence, and building trust with key prospects.
- Consistently meet weekly and monthly targets for setting up meetings with potential clients.
- Ensure all leads are well-qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
- Seamlessly hand overqualified leads to the sales team with the goal of closing deals.
- Provide ongoing support to the Sales team, guiding prospects from lead to paying customer.
- Stay informed about industry trends and enhance your development by taking responsibility for continuous learning.
- Meet quarterly lead generation targets.
- Present and deliver information effectively to potential clients.
- Track performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the B2B segment.
- Experience in inside sales with a demonstrated consultative selling style preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-4 years of experience in generating and managing inbound and outbound lead calls, particularly with marketing decision-makers in the B2B segment.
- Proficiency in various social media channels, email marketing, writing marketing pitches or copies, CRM, and telecalling.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, or Communications (preferred but not compulsory).
