Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis and research on competitors and marketing platforms.
• Create, manage, and update databases on a daily basis.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Segment email lists based on behaviours like past email engagement, website activity, and social interactions.
• Create and maintain email databases for targeted campaigns.
• Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube) and maintaining the editorial calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and engaging content.
• Prepare weekly updates and reports to track the performance and success rates of marketing campaigns.
• Stay informed about new social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Initiate client communications, including emails, messages, and phone calls.
• Prospect potential clients through various channels to generate leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handover of prospects.
• Create presentations for managers and clients as needed.
