Overview:

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create a diverse range of digital media content. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver exceptional creative ideas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan concepts by researching and analysing relevant information and materials.
• Coordinate with the social team, web designers, paid marketing specialists, and other
  colleagues as needed.
• Communicate with enterprise clients regarding layout and design requirements.
• Create a variety of images and videos for different formats, including social media creatives,
  paid marketing visuals, web banners, emailers, brand or themed landing pages, and event
  promotions using design and motion graphics software such as Photoshop and After Effects.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements to enhance the quality of the designs.
• Ensure all projects are completed with high quality and meet deadlines.
• Establish and follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to design specifications and budget
  constraints.
  
  

Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design skills and motion graphics
  expertise.
• Proficiency in designing for social media posts, paid marketing creatives, website
  design, and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of digital creatives, including CTAs, logo placements, and colour
  combinations.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with desktop publishing tools, graphic design software, and motion
  graphics software.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
  
  

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Motion Graphics, or a related field preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
• Proven experience designing social media posts, paid marketing creatives, and video
  content.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Prior agency experience with enterprise clients preferred.
