About the Job:
Shinora Corp is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the lead cycle, from qualification to conversion. This role involves understanding client needs, overcoming objections, and providing support throughout the sales process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Understanding of the B2B segment.
- Preferred sales experience with a demonstrated consultative selling style.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing (required).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience handling inbound and outbound leads.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with social media channels, email marketing, CRM, and telecalling.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, or Communications (preferred but not mandatory).
Core Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Client Understanding: Gain insight into clients’ businesses, industries, and objectives to effectively pitch Shinora Corp services and solutions.
- Lead Management: Build, maintain, and update the prospect and lead database.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare plans, presentations, and proposals with a good understanding of client needs.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups, establish account presence, and build trust with key prospects.
- Coordination: Act as the central point of contact from lead generation to conversion, ensuring all leads are qualified and requirements are understood.
- Support: Provide necessary support to the operations team and guide prospects through the conversion process.
- Professional Development: Stay informed and up to date with industry trends and knowledge.
- Presentation: Present and deliver information to potential clients.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
