Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Thorough knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales.

- Experience in structuring, improving, and implementing sales processes.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects through the sales pipeline to closure.
- In-depth understanding of the B2B sales domain.
About the Job:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and client acquisition. You will proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire a portfolio of clients, working towards monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. This role requires a consultative selling approach to propose the company’s digital solutions effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Improve existing sales processes and implement necessary changes.
- Attend meetings with potential customers and close sales to meet targets regularly.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, account and territory plan, and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify new business opportunities through various marketing channels, including industry events, associations, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and other stakeholders to create effective go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, write proposals, determine costing, and handle negotiations.
Required Skills:
- Proven sales experience in Digital Marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Expertise in various sales tactics and strategies to close deals while maintaining sales ethics.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Solid technical knowledge of digital marketing practices, including web/app development, design, content, creatives, and analytics.
- Ability to understand project requirements, prepare high-level proposals, engage in pre-sales discussions, negotiate, close sales, and transition clients to the operations team.
- Proficiency in project budgeting to avoid or manage scope creep.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues and propose practical solutions.
- Capability to position Shinora Corp effectively against competitors.
- Excellent listening, verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
