Minimum Qualifications:

About the Job:
Shinora Corp is seeking a talented SEM Manager to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you will lead acquisition efforts for our B2B enterprise clients, managing one of the most important performance marketing channels. You will focus on both day-to-day campaign management and long-term strategic planning. As the channel expert, you will be the go-to person for all things paid search.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ROI-driven campaigns tailored to clients’ business, industry, and objectives.
- Manage media campaigns across channels, including Paid Search and Display, with responsibilities including forecasting, strategy development, execution, optimization, and measurement.
- Analyse performance data to provide insights and action plans related to keywords, landing pages, ad copy, audiences, bidding algorithms, and competition.
- Continuously test new segments, strategies, and messaging; collaborate with the Web team for on-site optimizations.
- Provide regular performance reports and ad hoc analyses.
- Communicate key learnings and major takeaways to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualities:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to use data to make actionable business decisions.
- Senior-level, hands-on experience with direct response campaigns, including keyword footprint, bidding, experience testing, and targeting.
- Experience with A/B split testing, calculating significance, tracking results, summarizing findings, and iterating based on new ideas.
- Prior team leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrates accountability for the success of programs.
- Passionate about technology, marketing, and its impact on consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to interact with senior management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
- Up-to-date with industry changes and actively reads industry blogs.

- Excellent time/project management skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
