Responsibilities:
- Manage client communications and expectations proactively to ensure satisfaction, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Create and document comprehensive project scopes, including business requirements, budget, project plans, and technical specifications.
- Plan, allocate, and manage both internal and freelance resources effectively.
- Focus on continuous improvement by identifying and recommending more efficient ways of working to both internal teams and clients.
- Define and scope client requirements and deliverables clearly.
- Provide support and guidance on project-specific processes, tools, and techniques to development and sales teams.
- Serve as the technical point of contact, handling day-to-day technical communication and status updates with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to solve problems, brainstorm solutions, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Act as the primary liaison between shinora corp and assigned accounts, addressing issues and needs as they arise.
- Work on strategic operational needs with clients, including reporting, training, and education to enhance relationships.
- Identify deviations from project scope and manage change requests as necessary.
- Assign tasks and projects to appropriate teams.
- Ensure all client deliverables meet the agreed standards.
- Set up and manage client meetings, ensuring all critical information is communicated to relevant teams.
- Monitor ongoing project status and keep clients updated.
- Deliver projects on-time, within scope, and on-budget.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- College graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Accountable, proactive, and quality-focused.
- Strong client service orientation with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communicator and collaborator.
- Experience with WordPress/Magento is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in developing strategies to leverage technology solutions.
- Track record of leading projects from conception to completion, utilizing internal resources efficiently.
