Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Monitor and respond to social media messages or posts that
require action, ensuring prompt and effective communication. - Content Strategy: Plan, manage, and optimize social media content through analytics, paid
and organic campaigns, and active outreach. - Content Analysis: Perform detailed content consumption and engagement analysis using paid
tools, and create monthly reports with recommendations for content topics and titles. - Posting & Scheduling: Manage the posting and scheduling of social media content, ensuring
consistency and alignment with the content calendar. - Content Calendar Management: Oversee and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely
and relevant content delivery. - Client Communication: Communicate with clients daily, addressing their needs and ensuring
their satisfaction with social media efforts. - Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content and
campaign assets. - Trend Analysis: Analyse social media trends to inform strategy and content development.
- Social Media Advertising: Stay updated with the latest social media advertising trends,
creating and managing paid social media campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with an agency serving B2B clients.
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in managing
social media project delivery. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
