Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies based on competitive research, platform analysis, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Create and manage a content calendar for social media channels to engage and build a positive reputation for client brands.
- Successfully handle multiple internal and external projects within tight deadlines.
- Maintain professional liaison with clients for effective social media management.
- Regularly track and analyse post performance, deriving insights to propose future strategies, and present these strategies to clients.
- Coordinate smoothly with internal teams, including managers, design, and copy teams.
- Ensure that all social media activities align with broader online objectives.
- Maintain zero attrition among digital marketing and social media accounts.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, adhering to core company values.
- Lead and manage the social media team, holding team members accountable and ensuring they are in the right roles (Right People, Right Seat).
- Act as an ambassador between management and the operations team.
- Oversee the recruitment and development of team members, aligning their skills and experience with project requirements.
- Integrate content marketing strategies with the brand’s attitude, tone, and voice.
- Manage and guide paid social media campaigns, including planning and administration.
- Support the sales team with pitches for prospective clients and any additional required support.
- Retain and motivate social media team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, and focus on retaining and upselling existing clients.
- Drive initiatives for skill development and innovation within the social media team, with an emphasis on research and development.
