Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources department. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring for various roles within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information such as resumes, portfolios, skills, qualifications, and references using standardized screening techniques.
- Develop and implement company policies for talent benchmarking, assessment, and interviewing.
- Advise candidates on corporate benefits, salary expectations, and the company environment.
- Maintain regular communication with the HR department to stay updated on hiring needs and available positions.
- Conduct market research to gain competitive advantages in sourcing and assessment methodologies.
- Source candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and professional networks.
- Utilize social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs for recruitment and networking.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate interest, personality, and salary requirements.
- Establish selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for open positions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Professional Human Resources certification is preferred.
Work Experience:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role for 2 to 5 years.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing.
Skills:
- Proficiency with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong commitment to fairness and diversity in hiring.
- Ability to screen candidates effectively, compile shortlists, and conduct interviews.
