Develop well-designed and structured WordPress websites and dynamic portals by understanding and implementing project requirements.
Translate client requirements into effective website solutions.
Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager, providing updates on project progress.
Foster a collaborative and friendly work environment with all team members.
Deliver web applications as per client requirements and specifications.
Create and manage website flow using flowcharts, wireframes, etc., according to client needs.
Provide regular progress feedback to clients.
Monitor project timelines and ensure all modules meet deadlines.
Support and optimize websites as required.
Work efficiently both individually and as part of a team, under pressure and time constraints.
Suggest improvements to user interfaces and explore new technologies for continual enhancement.
Troubleshoot issues during implementation, customization, and configuration phases.
Maintain continuous communication with clients via email or phone.

Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS and Woo Commerce, including theme and plugin development and customization.
Proficiency in customizing WordPress sites without relying on plugins.
Experience with WordPress’s inbuilt functions and CMS security and optimization (e.g., Google Page Speed, G T Metrix, Caching, CDN, and GZip).
Skilled in integrating APIs with WordPress.
Experience in converting HTML to WordPress themes.
Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and MySQL.
Good knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
Ability to troubleshoot CMS issues effectively.
Understanding of server environments (Windows, Linux) and experience with deploying websites and applications. Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud is a plus.
Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into WordPress pages.
Design and manage website back-end, including database and server integration.
Familiarity with open-source terminal emulators (e.g., Putty, Bitwise client) and version control systems like Git is advantageous.
Skills in testing and assuring the quality of websites and applications to meet client needs.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing projects and resources effectively.
Knowledge of additional platforms and technologies, such as Open Cart, Magento, Shopify, core PHP, and PHP frameworks, is a plus.
